I bought Zillow (NASDAQ: ZG)(NASDAQ: Z) about three years ago, and since that time the stock is down by more than 60%. Even at the cheaper valuation, I’m inclined to believe that major changes in the real estate market give the stock more downside risk than upside potential. In this video, I discuss the reasons both for and against owning Zillow, and why I finally decided to cut my losses and move on.
